Certain clinical integrations create chart entries back in Jane. By default, these entries require review before they're added to a patient's chart. To turn this off for your clinic and have chart entries created automatically instead, follow these steps.
- Go to Settings > Integrations.
- Click the Preferences tab.
- Under Charting, find the Review new integration items before they're added to the chart checkbox.
- Uncheck the box.
- Click Save.
What to Expect
Data from a connected integration now automatically syncs as a new chart entry every time, without a review step. This applies clinic-wide, for every staff member.
Important Notes
You can re-enable review at any time by checking the box again.
