Supervisees: Submitting Charts

Welcome, supervisees!

Here’s how you can request a supervisor’s signature, assign a supervisor (if you have more than one), and view any feedback they’ve left on your charts.

If you require a supervisor’s signature on all charts, you’ll start by clicking the Add Signature button on your chart.

If a supervisor’s signature is optional, you’ll click the Sign button on your chart and then choose Sign and request supervisor signature.

Next, if you have multiple supervisors, you can choose a specific supervisor from the drop-down, or leave it open for any of them to sign.

Even after you’ve submitted your chart, you can re-assign it to a different supervisor by clicking the cogwheel at the bottom of the chart and selecting Change Supervisor.

Once you’ve requested a supervisor’s signature, you won’t be able to edit your chart further, and it’ll be in a draft state until your supervisor signs and locks it.

Want to check the status of your charts?

Head to your staff profile and click Charts under your name. You can filter the list to see which entries are still pending or already signed. If your supervisor has requested any changes, you’ll find those charts here too. You can view your supervisor’s feedback and resubmit as needed.
