To add multiple Phrases at once, you can import them from a .json file.

📣 Heads up: Jane only supports .json file types for Phrase imports. If your Phrases are saved in a spreadsheet or CSV file, use a free tool such as DataConverter.io to convert the file to .json before importing.

  1. Go to your Staff Profile > Phrases tab > click the three horizontal dots button.
  2. Select Import Phrases.
  3. Upload your .json file.

What to Expect

Your imported Phrases appear in the Phrases list on the Phrases tab in your Staff Profile and are available to use in chart entries right away.

Important Notes

  • Each staff member’s Phrases are private.
    • Navigating to another staff member’s profile does not give you access to view or manage their Phrases.
  • To share your Phrases with a colleague, click the Export button on the Phrases tab. Jane downloads a file your colleague can import into their own account.
