Instructions

Certain clinical integrations, including Fullscript, VitaminLab, and Wibbi, create chart entries back in Jane. By default, these entries require your review before they're added to a patient's chart. To turn this off and have chart entries created automatically instead, follow these steps.

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations.
  2. Click the Preferences tab.
  3. Under Charting, find the Review new integration items before they’re added to the chart checkbox.

  1. Uncheck the box.
  2. Click Save.

What to Expect

Data from a connected integration now automatically syncs as a new chart entry every time, without a review step. This applies clinic-wide, for every staff member.

Important Notes

This setting applies to your entire clinic, not just your own profile. You can re-enable review at any time by checking the review integration data box again.
