Here's all the help you need to use Jane.

Medication Management (Beta)

Medication management helps you track current meds and medication history in one clear, clinical view. Feel free to skip forward to a section below:

Enabling Medication Management

To enable medication management in Jane, turn on the Medication View toggle in your Settings. Once enabled, a Medications tab will appear on every patient’s profile.

Go to Settings > Workshop

Click the Medication View toggle to turn it on.

Adding a medication to a patient’s profile

To add a medication to a patient’s profile, select their Medications tab and click the + Add medication button.

Enter as much information about the medication as you need. The only required fields are the medication name and status.

When you’re finished, click Add.

Editing a medication

If you need to make changes to a medication, select the three dots under the Actions column and choose Edit.

All changes you make to a medication will be recorded in the Medication details tab. You can view this panel by clicking on the medication’s name or the three dots in the Actions column.

Adding a medication to a patient’s chart

To add a medication to a patient’s chart, add the Medication chart part to your entry.

You’ll see a list of active patient medications to the left, and you can select which ones to add to the entry.
