Jane’s integration with Wibbi makes it simple to prescribe and manage home exercise programs. With just a few clicks, practitioners can connect their Wibbi account to Jane. Once connected, you’ll be able to:

  • Launch Wibbi directly from a patient’s profile in Jane
  • Build and assign a home exercise plan using Wibbi’s exercise library and templates
  • Have the completed program automatically synced back into Jane as a PDF chart entry

This helps you spend less time switching between systems and keeps all your patient care details in one secure place.

How to connect Jane and Wibbi

Head to Settings > Integrations and look for Wibbi, then select Get Started.

You’ll be prompted to authorize the integration, and if you aren’t logged into Wibbi, you’ll be asked to log in.

Once you’re done, you should see an “EMR connected” box in Wibbi. Close that tab and return to Jane.

How to create a home exercise plan (HEP)

From your patient’s profile, click the Wibbi link. This will launch Wibbi in a new tab.

Jane securely sends the patient’s basic details (first name, last name, phone, and email) over to Wibbi so you don’t have to re-enter them.

Now you can create a home exercise plan in Wibbi by clicking New program underneath the patient details on this page.

Use Wibbi’s exercise library, templates, and customization tools to build your patient’s plan.

Once you’ve saved it, you’ll see a new draft chart entry in the patient’s file with a PDF of the exercise program attached. You can add extra notes or templates before signing it. The PDF will also be stored in the patient’s Files section.

If you make changes to the HEP later in Wibbi, Jane will automatically add a new chart entry with the updated PDF.

I don’t have a Wibbi account yet. How do I get started?

You’ll want to head to wibbi.com and book a call with their team to set up your account.

Can I sign up for a Wibbi account from within Jane?

Not yet. You’ll need to create your Wibbi account first at wibbi.com. Once that’s done, you can connect it from your Jane account.
