Getting Started
Before you get started, make sure you have the following set up:
- Wibbi integration: Your Wibbi account needs to be connected to Jane before you can launch it from a patient's profile. See our guides on Linking an Existing Wibbi Account to Jane or Creating a New Wibbi Account and Linking to Jane.
Instructions
To create a home exercise plan (HEP) using Wibbi, follow these steps. Once complete, the exercise program is saved to the patient's chart in Jane as a PDF file.
- Open the patient's profile in Jane.
- Click the Wibbi link to launch Wibbi in a new tab.
- Jane securely sends the patient's basic details (first name, last name, phone, and email) to Wibbi, so you don't need to re-enter them.
- In Wibbi, click New program underneath the patient's details.
- Use Wibbi's exercise library, templates, and customization tools to build the plan.
- Save the program in Wibbi.
- Return to Jane and refresh the patient's chart.
What to Expect
A new draft chart entry appears in the patient's chart with a PDF of the exercise program attached. You can add notes or templates to the entry before signing it. The PDF is also saved in the patient's Files section.
If you make changes to the HEP later in Wibbi, Jane automatically adds a new chart entry with the updated PDF. It does not overwrite the original entry.
Important Notes
Staff members with Administrative or All Billing access cannot access the Wibbi integration or the HEP tab.
That's it, your exercise program is saved to the patient's chart.
