Getting Started
Before you get started, make sure you have the following ready:
- A Qualiphy account - Each practitioner needs their own Qualiphy account. If you don't have one yet, you can sign up during the connection steps below.
Instructions
To connect Jane to Qualiphy, follow these steps. Once complete, you can send a Good Faith Exam invite from any patient's profile.
📣 Heads up: Each practitioner needs to connect their own Qualiphy account individually. Sharing a login means exam results sync back under whichever account is connected, not the practitioner who requested the exam.
- Go to Settings > Integrations.
- In the Qualiphy Telehealth section, click Get Started.
- Click Install if you already have a Qualiphy account. You'll be redirected to the Connect Jane to Qualiphy page.
- If you don't have a Qualiphy account yet, click Get Started instead. This takes you to the Qualiphy sign-up page.
- Log in to your Qualiphy account (or finish signing up if you're new), then authorize the integration to connect with Jane.
- Once you authorize the connection, you'll see a connection successful screen.
What to Expect
Once connected, a Qualiphy tab appears on every patient's profile in Jane. Each practitioner needs to complete these connection steps individually, since Qualiphy accounts are linked one-to-one with staff profiles in Jane.
Important Notes
- Each practitioner must connect their own Qualiphy account. A shared login does not work correctly, since exam results sync back to whichever account is connected.
