You can disconnect the Cyberimpact integration at any time, either from Jane or from within your Cyberimpact account.

Option 1: Disconnect from Jane

To disconnect the Cyberimpact integration from Jane, follow these steps.

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations > Cyberimpact.
  2. Click Uninstall.

What to Expect

A green banner confirms the integration was successfully uninstalled. Jane will no longer sync patient data to your Cyberimpact account.

Option 2: Disconnect from Cyberimpact

To disconnect the integration from within your Cyberimpact account, follow these steps.

  1. Log in to your Cyberimpact account.
  2. Click the cogwheel icon in the top right corner to open Settings and Configuration.
  3. Select Integrations.
  4. Click Edit Configuration next to Jane.
  5. Click Disconnect.

What to Expect

Jane will no longer sync patient data to your Cyberimpact account.
