You can disconnect the Cyberimpact integration at any time, either from Jane or from within your Cyberimpact account.
Option 1: Disconnect from Jane
To disconnect the Cyberimpact integration from Jane, follow these steps.
- Go to Settings > Integrations > Cyberimpact.
- Click Uninstall.
What to Expect
A green banner confirms the integration was successfully uninstalled. Jane will no longer sync patient data to your Cyberimpact account.
Option 2: Disconnect from Cyberimpact
To disconnect the integration from within your Cyberimpact account, follow these steps.
- Log in to your Cyberimpact account.
- Click the cogwheel icon in the top right corner to open Settings and Configuration.
- Select Integrations.
- Click Edit Configuration next to Jane.
- Click Disconnect.
What to Expect
Jane will no longer sync patient data to your Cyberimpact account.
