What do I need to use Reserve with Google?
Answer
To use Reserve with Google, you need:
- A Google Business Profile that matches your clinic's name, address, and phone number in Jane
- One of the following Jane plans: a Legacy Plan that includes Online Booking, a Practice Plan, or a Thrive Plan
- Your Online Booking Policy in Jane set to Online booking allowed
- A clinic located in Canada or the United States
- Approval as a Google approved clinic

Google also has specific criteria for the names and descriptions of your treatments or services:
- Service names must follow proper capitalization and punctuation and can't contain emojis or emoticons.
- Service names and descriptions can't contain promotional content, URLs, email addresses, or phone numbers.
- Service descriptions must be descriptive and accurately reflect the service the clinic provides.
