How does the Mango Voice Screen Pop work when a patient calls my clinic?
Answer
When a patient calls, Mango Voice matches the incoming phone number to your Jane patient database and displays key patient details on your screen before you pick up.
The Screen Pop shows:
- First and last name
- Preferred name
- Date of birth
- Patient number
- Mobile phone number
- Date of last appointment (if present)
- Date of upcoming appointment (if present)
- Patient profile status (active, discharged, or deceased)
- A Patient File button that links to the patient's profile in Jane
Click the Patient File button in the Screen Pop to open the patient's profile in Jane directly.
