TrustDrivenCare (TDC) is a patient communication and CRM platform that connects to your Jane account to power two-way SMS, automated patient outreach, and clinic reporting. To get set up, you'll sign up directly with TDC and their team will handle the connection to Jane during a 1:1 onboarding call.

To connect TrustDrivenCare to Jane, sign up for a TDC account and their team will reach out to complete the setup during a 1:1 onboarding call.
- Go to trustdrivencare.com and sign up for an account.
- Watch for a message from TDC's team. They'll reach out within 24 hours to book your onboarding call.
- Attend your onboarding call. TDC's team will connect your TDC and Jane accounts so your patient and appointment data begins syncing automatically.
What to Expect
Once your onboarding call is complete, your Jane and TDC accounts are connected. Log in to TDC at app.trustdrivencare.com to set up automations, build patient lists, and send communications. The initial data sync can take up to 24 hours depending on the size of your Jane database.
TDC's team will also help you configure your reminder settings during the onboarding call. If you plan to use TDC for appointment reminders, they'll walk you through disabling SMS reminders in Jane to avoid patients receiving duplicate messages.
Important Notes
- The integration is one-directional. Data flows from Jane to TDC only. No data from TDC is written back into Jane.
- All TDC pricing is in USD, including for Canadian clinics.
