  2. Complete the sign-up process within Cyberimpact.
  3. Choose your onboarding path: follow the self-serve setup, or book a personalized onboarding call with the Cyberimpact team.

🩡 Jane Tip: Make sure to sign up using the link above so the Cyberimpact team can apply your Jane-specific discount of 20% off the first 3 months of any paid plan.

What to Expect

Once your account is connected, Jane will begin syncing your eligible patient list to Cyberimpact. Syncs happen 2 times a day, so your contact list stays current. You can then log in to Cyberimpact to start building and sending campaigns.

Important Notes

  • Only adult patients (aged 18 and over) with a date of birth recorded in Jane and marketing email consent enabled will sync to Cyberimpact. Patients without a recorded date of birth will not be included.
  • Jane is where patient consent is managed. Changes made to consent within Cyberimpact will not sync back to Jane. To update a patient's consent, do so directly on their profile in Jane.
  • At this stage, only 1:1 appointments sync to Cyberimpact, including cancelled appointments. Group appointments and classes are not currently included.
  • Appointment data appears as custom fields in Cyberimpact. Custom fields are only available on paid Cyberimpact plans.
