Instructions

To set a default cover page template in Documo, follow these steps. Once complete, the template you choose is automatically applied as the cover page for every fax you send.

  1. In the Documo portal, click Cover Pages.
  2. Find the template you'd like to use and click the three dots menu next to it.
  3. Select Set as Account Default.

What to Expect

The selected template becomes your account default and is automatically added as the cover page to every fax you send from Jane.

Important Notes

  • You can change your account default cover page at any time in the Documo portal.
  • When sending a fax from Jane, you can add custom details to the Subject and Notes fields for each individual fax. This lets you personalize the cover page per fax without changing the default template.
