Question

Can I see which appointments were booked by patients who came from my Google Business Profile?

Answer

Yes. You can find this information in two places in Jane.

  • Appointments booked through Reserve with Google show a note in the Booking Info section of the appointment panel.

  • When exported, the Appointments report includes a Referral Source column. Appointments booked through the integration show Reserve with Google in this column.
