Before you get started, make sure you have the following set up:

To connect your Documo account with Jane, follow these steps. Once complete, you'll be able to send faxes directly from patient charts in Jane.

  1. In the Documo portal, click Toolbox and select API Keys in the left sidebar menu.

  1. Click Create.
  2. Enter a name for the key, set the access level, and leave the expiration date blank.
  3. Click Create.

πŸ“£ Heads up: You only have one chance to copy your API key. If you close this window before copying it, click the red trash can icon next to the key to delete it, then repeat steps 2 to 4 to create a new one.

  1. Click Copy next to your API key, then click I saved it, close.

  1. In Jane, go to Settings > Integrations > Documo and click Get Started.
  2. Paste the API token into the Token field and click Connect.

What to Expect

Once connected, your Documo account is linked to Jane and you can send faxes directly from a patient's chart.
