How do lab results from Fullscript show up in Jane, and are they available for all US patients?
Answer
By default, lab results don't chart automatically. A bar appears at the top of the patient's chart in Jane letting you know results are ready to review. See our guide on Reviewing and Adding Integration Data to a Patient's Chart for the review steps.
📣 Heads up: Labs are only available for patients located in the US, except for patients in NY, NJ, RI, and HI. Patients in offshore US territories aren't currently eligible for labs.
