What patient and appointment information syncs from Jane to Cyberimpact?

Patient Profiles
Only adult patients who meet all three of the following conditions will sync from Jane to Cyberimpact:
- They are 18 years of age or older
- They have a date of birth recorded in their Jane profile
- They have consented to receive marketing emails in Jane
Patients who are under 18, missing a date of birth, or have not consented to marketing emails will not be included in the sync.
Appointments
Only 1:1 appointments sync to Cyberimpact, including cancelled appointments. Group appointments and classes are not currently included in the integration.
📣 Heads up: Appointment data appears as custom fields in Cyberimpact. Custom fields are only available on paid Cyberimpact plans.
