What patient and appointment information syncs from Jane to Cyberimpact?

Patient Profiles
Only adult patients who meet all of the following conditions will sync from Jane to Cyberimpact:
- They are 18 years of age or older
- They have a date of birth recorded in their Jane profile
Patients who are under 18, missing a date of birth will not be included in the sync.
If “Respect Jane Marketing Consent” is selected during the import process from Jane to Cyberimpact, only eligible patients who have consent to receive marketing emails in Jane will sync.
Appointments
Only 1:1 appointments sync to Cyberimpact, including cancelled appointments. Group appointments and classes are not currently included in the integration.
📣 Heads up: Appointment data appears as custom fields in Cyberimpact. Custom fields are only available on paid Cyberimpact plans.
