How often does Jane sync patient data with Cyberimpact?
Answer
Jane syncs patient contact information to Cyberimpact twice a day, at 12 PM and 10 PM in your clinic's local timezone. You can set your timezone in your Cyberimpact account settings. Any updates to eligible patient profiles in Jane will be reflected in Cyberimpact within the same day.
📣 Heads up: Jane is where patient consent is managed. Changes made to consent within Cyberimpact will not sync back to Jane. To update a patient's consent, do so directly on their profile in Jane.
