No, the app is free for patients. The one requirement is that online booking is enabled for your clinic and the patient already has an account with a username and password to log in with.
New patients may have the Jane app already on their phones. But they’ll need to have an account with your clinic already set up before they can link it in the app.
Not yet. The mobile app is built for the patient side of Jane. That said, you can add Jane as a shortcut on your phone's home screen for single-tap access to the full staff experience. It works a lot like an app. Here's how to set that up
Patients can add any clinic they already have a username and password with. Here's some step-by-step guidance to help them get going.
The mobile app is currently available in Canada and the US through Apple’s App Store or the Google Play Store. If your clinic is based elsewhere, it won't appear in the app just yet.
