Instructions

To sign up for a Documo license in Jane, follow these steps. Once complete, you'll activate your Documo account and be ready to connect it to Jane.

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations > Documo and click Get Started.
  2. Click Sign up for Documo.

  1. Choose a password for your Documo account and click Continue.
  2. Go to your email inbox and click Confirm Email in the message from Documo.

What to Expect

Your Documo account is activated once you confirm your email. You're ready to connect your Documo account to Jane.

Important Notes

  • This license costs $15 USD/month and includes 500 fax pages per month ($0.08 per page for additional pages), 3 fax numbers ($3/month for each additional number), 10 included users ($3/month for each additional user), 100 documents processed by IDP per month ($0.25 per additional document), and Documo's full suite of inbound and outbound faxing features.
  • You can transfer an existing fax number to Documo for a one-time fee of $15 USD. This is covered in a separate step after your account is set up.
