Instructions
To connect your Jane account to Mango Voice, contact the Mango Voice team to get started. They'll handle the full onboarding process, including configuring the integration, verifying that your patient contacts are syncing, and confirming that Screen Pop is working as expected.
What to Expect
Once authorized, Jane begins syncing patient contact information to your Mango Voice directory. Screen Pop activates for incoming calls, and Contact Sync keeps your Mango Voice directory up to date automatically as patient information changes in Jane.
Important Notes
- Only the Account Owner can authorize the integration.
- The Mango Voice desktop app must be installed on each device to enable Screen Pop functionality.
- Patient information syncs from Jane to Mango Voice every 30 minutes.
- Reach out to the Mango Voice support team if you run into any issues during setup.
