Instructions

To disconnect the Documo integration from Jane, follow these steps. Once complete, you will no longer be able to send faxes from Jane.

📣 Heads up: Disconnecting the integration does not cancel your Documo license. You'll need to manage your license separately in the Documo portal.

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations > Documo.
  2. Click Disconnect.

What to Expect

Jane is no longer connected to your Documo account. You won't be able to send faxes from patient charts until you reconnect the integration.
