What patient information does Jane send to Mango Voice when the integration is active?
Answer
Jane syncs a set of patient fields to your Mango Voice directory. A subset of those fields appears directly on the Screen Pop when a patient calls in.
The following fields are sent to Mango Voice:
- First and last name*
- Preferred name*
- Date of birth*
- Patient number*
- Mobile phone number*
- Date of last appointment (if present)*
- Date of upcoming appointment (if present)*
- Patient profile status (active, discharged, or deceased)*
- Direct link to the patient's profile in Jane*
- Prefix
- Sex
- Gender
- Pronouns
- Guardian name
- Address
- Email status (do not email, marketing opt-in)
*These fields appear on the Screen Pop when a patient calls.

Contact Sync keeps your Mango Voice directory up to date automatically as patient information changes in Jane. Information is synced from Jane to Mango Voice every 30 minutes.
