This guide is for clinics that don't want their address visible on their Online Booking Site or Google Business Profile, and so aren't eligible for Reserve with Google. If your address is visible and you want the full integration instead, see Setting Up Reserve with Google.
Getting Started
Before you get started, make sure you have the following set up:
- A Google Business Profile - You need a Business Profile with Google that you own and manage.
Instructions
To add a website link to your Google Business Profile, follow these steps. Once complete, a website button appears on your Business Profile that takes patients to your Jane Online Booking Site.
- In Google Business Profile, click Add Website.
- Enter the URL for your Jane Online Booking Site.
- Click Save.
What to Expect
A website button appears on your Google Business Profile. The button doesn't say Book Now, but it takes patients directly to your Jane Online Booking Site when they find your clinic on Google Search or Maps.
Important Notes
- This method doesn't sync your treatments or services to Google. You won't get the synced treatment list that comes with Reserve with Google.
- If you later make your address visible, you can switch to the full Reserve with Google integration instead. See Setting Up Reserve with Google.
