Instructions
To delete a Psychotherapy Note, follow these steps.
📣 Heads up: Deleted Psychotherapy Notes cannot be recovered. Jane's support team is unable to restore deleted notes, as accessing them would not be HIPAA-compliant.
- Open a patient's profile and go to the Chart tab.
- Click Psychotherapy Notes.
- Click the note you want to delete.
- Click Delete.
- Confirm your choice.
What to Expect
The note is permanently removed from the Psychotherapy Notes panel and cannot be restored.
Important Notes
- You can use the search bar in a patient's Psychotherapy Notes panel to search through all of that patient's notes.
