The Documo integration lets you send and receive faxes without leaving Jane. You can send a fax directly from a patient's chart, sending a single chart entry, multiple chart entries within a date range, or an entire Treatment Plan, with a cover page included.
Inbound faxes arrive in your Documo workspace, where Documo IDP (Intelligent Document Processing) reads each document, identifies the document type, and pulls out the patient's details. From there, you confirm the match and file the document into the patient's chart in Jane as a draft entry.
