Changing Your Jane Payments Banking Information

Need to update the bank account that your Jane Payments transactions are deposited to? You can do this in just a minute or two, all right within Jane!

Note: If you are changing from a personal bank account to a business one, you’ll need to change your Jane Payments account type - please reach out to our Support Team for the next steps at [email protected].

Head to your Settings > Jane Payments area, and click on the pencil icon beside your account.

Under Payout Details, select Go To Stripe.

From there, you’ll be sent over to Stripe’s dashboard. From here, first click onto the person icon.

Then, scroll down to the Payout details area and click Jane Payments.

You’ll see a window pop up on the right-hand side, here you can click the pencil button beside your current banking information.

Be sure to click the pencil button, and not “add an account.”

Finally, choose the Bank account option, enter your information, and hit Save.
