Jane's Guide Here's all the help you need to use Jane.

How To Get Paid Instantly with Jane Payments 🇨🇦

You’ve set up Jane Payments, successfully taken payments, and have been receiving your payouts on our standard two-day rolling basis for a while… but you’re finding that sometimes you need your money a little bit quicker. Jane has got just the thing for you! Let’s get acquainted with Instant Payouts.

📌 For an extra 1.5% fee, Jane Payments’ Instant Payouts allow eligible businesses to receive processed funds not only that same day, but within 30 minutes of your request.

Here’s how!

First, head to your Jane Payments account settings via Settings > Jane Payments and click the pencil icon beside your account.

From here, you’ll see the amount you have ready to pay out and the Pay Out Now button.

📍 If you are practicing in Canada and have been using Jane Payments but don’t see this option, feel free to get in touch with our team!

If you don’t have an eligible debit card on file, you will be prompted to add one from a bank or credit union that supports instant payouts when you click Pay Out Now.

After adding a debit card, you’ll see a quick overview of your payout details with a button to confirm it at the bottom.

And you’re done! You’ll see your payout deposited within 30 minutes. 🥳

Is this available for every country?

As of right now, this is for Canadian Jane Payments users only, however, we are working on expanding this to our US customers.

Is there a maximum amount I’m able to payout?

Yes! There is a maximum of $2500.00 that can be paid out instantly.

Can I pay out just a portion of the funds?

Absolutely, you’ll be able to manually edit the amount you’d like to pay out!

Why do I need a debit card?

Using a debit card allows us to push through the funds much faster. This is different from how regular payouts are sent to your bank account using your bank information. Note: Your Debit card will require an expiry date in order to be eligible.

Which debit cards are able to be used with Instant Payouts?

  • Bank of Nova Scotia
  • CIBC
  • Royal Bank of Canada (PLUS network cards)
  • TD Bank

Is this fee on top of my usual processing fee?

Yes, this 1.5% fee is on top of your Jane Payments transaction fees.
