How can my patients book a treatment add-on through Jane's online booking site?
Answer
Patients can book treatment add-ons directly through your online booking site. Add-ons are available for online booking by default, and you can control which add-ons are bookable online from Settings > Treatment Add-Ons.
Here's what the online booking experience looks like for your patients:
- A View add-ons button appears below any treatment that has an add-on available. Patients can click this to see the add-on name, length, and cost.
- Patients select the add-ons they'd like to include and continue through the booking flow as usual.
- On the confirmation page, patients will see the name of the base treatment and any add-ons they booked.
📣 Heads up: Add-ons are only available for online booking for 1:1 appointments. They cannot be booked online for Class or Group Appointments.
