Can my patients book treatment add-ons through the Jane for Clients Mobile App?
Answer
No. Treatment add-ons can’t be booked in the Jane for Clients Mobile App, so the View add-ons button doesn’t appear there. Patients book the treatment with the add-on on your online booking site in a web browser.
On your online booking site, a View add-ons button appears below a treatment when add-ons are available. Patients select the button to see the add-on name, length, and cost. For more details, check out our guide, How Can my Patients Book a Treatment Add-on Online?

The Show on Online Booking setting controls whether patients can book an add-on on your online booking site in a web browser. Add-ons can only be booked online for 1:1 appointments, not Class or Group Appointments.
