Yes. Patients need a Jane ID to access Practitioner Search. When a patient visits discover.jane.app, they'll be prompted to sign in or create a Jane ID before they can search for available appointments.
- A Jane ID is free to create and takes just a minute to set up. Patients can create one directly from the Practitioner Search login page as part of the booking process.
- If a patient already uses the Jane for Clients app, they already have a Jane ID and can use the same login to access Practitioner Search.
