Jane ID is a free account that gives you one login to access Jane's patient-facing products, similar to how a Google or Apple account works across multiple apps and services. Each Jane ID belongs to one person and is tied to the email address you sign up with. To learn more about how Jane handles your personal information, you can read Jane's Privacy Notice.
🩵 Jane Tip: Signing in with a Jane ID personalizes your search experience. Once you're logged in, clinics you've already visited appear at the top of your results, and booking with a clinic you've been to before is streamlined so you're not starting from scratch every time.
Why do I need a Jane ID?
If you're a patient at more than one clinic, you likely have a separate login for each. Jane ID brings those together so you only need to remember one set of credentials. Once you've linked your clinic profiles to your Jane ID, you can use it to:
- Search for and book last-minute appointments through Practitioner Search
- Access the Jane for Clients app and manage your clinic profiles in one place
Where can I use a Jane ID?
You can use your Jane ID to log in to Practitioner Search, the Jane for Clients Mobile App, and any clinic website you've linked to your Jane ID.
Can I still log in to a clinic using my existing login?
Yes, if you use a username and password or a Google login for a clinic, you can still use those credentials to log in to that clinic's website directly.
Is Jane ID required?
Jane ID is currently optional for logging in to your clinic directly. You will need one if you want to use Practitioner Search or the Jane for Clients app.
Why does Jane ID require my date of birth?
Date of birth is required to verify patient identity and protect the accuracy of records.
