A smooth online booking experience helps new patients find and book with your clinic quickly. This guide covers two ways to simplify that experience: organizing your Online Booking Site with Disciplines, and sharing a direct link to a specific appointment type.

Organize Your Online Booking Site with Disciplines
Disciplines let you group your treatments into categories on your Online Booking Site, making it easier for new patients to find the right appointment type. You can create new Disciplines and control the order they appear.
Instructions
- Go to Settings > Disciplines.
- To create a new Discipline, click New Discipline and complete the required fields.
- To reorder Disciplines, click and drag the dual arrow icon beside a Discipline to move it to a new position.
What to Expect
Disciplines appear on your Online Booking Site in the order you set. New patients browsing your site see the Discipline categories before selecting an appointment type.
Share a Direct Link to an Appointment Type
You can copy a direct link to any appointment type on your Online Booking Site and share it with patients. This is useful for new patients who may be less familiar with navigating online booking, or when you want to direct patients straight to a specific treatment.
Instructions
- Click on your name or initials in the top right corner of your Jane account > select Online Booking Site
- Click on a specific treatment
- Copy the URL from your browser’s address bar.
- Share the link directly with patients.

What to Expect
