Online Rolling Availability controls how far into the future patients can book online. By default, Jane opens up 3 months of availability and rolls forward one day at a time. You can adjust this setting for each staff member to give patients more or less lead time for booking.

Head to Staff, choose the staff member’s name on the left, click Edit/Settings, and choose Online Booking.

Adjust the Online Rolling Availability value here and click Save.
