Welcome to our guide on Jane’s practitioner search: a way for you to find last-minute openings to appointments within your immediate area, cutting out the hassle of calling & searching for multiple clinics.

Accessing Jane’s Practitioner Search

Booking an Appointment
To kickstart your search, you’ll need to input your location and discipline you’re looking to be booked in for. You’re also free to search by address if you’d like to see what’s available around that area!
At the moment you will only be able to filter for Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, Massage Therapists & Physical Therapists found in Squamish, Vancouver’s North Shore, and the Okanagan Valley, all found in B.C., Canada. We have plans to continue expanding in the future - keep your eyes peeled!
Once you’ve inputted your location or address, filter for the availability you’re looking for. At the moment you’ll be able to filter for availability the day of your search, the next day or within 7 days.
Let’s say you found a practitioner close by who has availability. You can click on their clinic and choose ‘Book with’ or one of the openings displayed to get booked in!
You will be redirected to the clinic’s Online Booking site to complete the booking, and will receive booking, cancellation, and rescheduling notifications as usual—according to the clinic’s or practitioner’s notification settings.
If the clinic you want to book a treatment for has multiple practitioner (3+) available, you can click View All to select a particular practitioner.
FAQs & Troubleshooting
Why can’t I see my practitioner on the map?
It’s possible that your practitioner either does not have online booking enabled, or the clinic isn’t yet opted into the pilot. Reach out to the clinic to double-check with them, or book in directly through their Jane online booking page!
Does your location display on the map?
You won’t have a pin on the map displaying where you’re located, but if you enable your browser to do so, we can use your current location to showcase any clinics that have availabilily nearby, based on your filters! You can see this option by keeping the search bar blank, and hitting Spacebar on your keyboard, or enabling this option when first visiting the Jane Practitioner Search website.
How can I submit feedback?

You can also submit feedback via the 3 dots to the right of the Jane logo, when looking for openings in Jane’s Practitioner Search. Open the menu and select “Leave feedback”.
