Choosing Which Telehealth Treatments Appear in Online Booking

Instructions

To control which Telehealth treatments are visible on your online booking site, follow these steps. This is useful if you want to temporarily hide in-person treatments and only show Telehealth options, or if you want to remove a Telehealth treatment from online booking without deleting it.

  1. Go to Settings > Online Booking.
  2. Find the Treatments Available to be Booked Online section.
  3. Use the checkboxes to select or deselect the treatments you'd like to show or hide on your online booking site.

  4. Click Save at the bottom of the treatments list.

🩡 Jane Tip: To see how your online booking site looks to clients after making changes, click your name in the top right corner of your Jane account and select Online Booking Site from the drop-down menu.

What to Expect

The treatments you selected will appear on your online booking site. Any deselected treatments will no longer be visible to clients booking online, but they can still be booked administratively from the Schedule.

Important Notes

  • Hiding a treatment from online booking does not delete it or affect any existing appointments.
  • You can return to this page at any time to update which treatments are visible.
