Can I limit my Telehealth treatments to specific days or times in online booking?
Answer
Yes, you can do this using Jane's Tags feature. Tags let you match treatments to specific shifts, so a Telehealth treatment will only appear as available in online booking on shifts with a matching tag.
For example, if you only want to offer Telehealth appointments on Wednesday afternoons, you can tag your Telehealth treatment and your Wednesday afternoon shift with the same tag. Jane will only show that treatment as available during that shift in online booking.
📣 Heads up: Tags is a Thrive and Legacy plan feature. If you're on the Practice or Balance plan, this option isn't available.
