The Miro Whiteboard is a built-in collaboration tool that lets you and your client draw, add notes, and work on documents together in real time during a Telehealth appointment.

Instructions

  1. Hover over the Share button at the bottom of the call.
  2. Select Miro Whiteboard from the options.

  3. In the new window that opens, select Create a board without registration.

  4. Once the board opens, drag and drop a document onto the canvas to begin working. Use the toolbar on the left to draw, add notes, and highlight together.

What to Expect

Once the board is open, both you and your client can use the toolbar on the left to collaborate in real time. You can drag and drop documents directly onto the canvas to review them together.

Important Notes

  • The Miro Whiteboard is only available on macOS and Windows devices using a laptop or desktop computer.
  • The Miro Whiteboard is available for Telehealth (1:1) appointments.
