The Waiting Room

When a client joins the call, they'll enter the waiting room. If you're already in the call, you'll hear a notification chime. The Let in button will turn blue, and you'll see the client's name — or, for appointments with multiple participants, you'll see something like "Christina and 1 other."

Click Let in to admit the participants, or send them a message if you need a moment before starting.

What to Expect

Once participants are admitted, the timer in the upper-left corner of the call starts and is visible to all participants. If a client joins the call before you, a green badge will appear on the appointment in the Schedule indicating that the client is waiting.

Ending the Call

  1. Click the Leave button at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Select End the meeting for all to close the meeting room for all participants, or select Leave room to exit without closing the room for others.

After leaving, you'll have the option to leave feedback on your audio and video quality.

🩵 Jane Tip: If you need to rejoin the call after leaving, click back into the appointment in the Schedule and click Begin again.
