Where can I find the link for a client to join their Telehealth session in Jane?
Answer
Clients receive an appointment reminder email with a link to join the video call 30 minutes before their scheduled appointment time. If a client hasn't received the email or needs the link resent, you can trigger it manually:
- Click on the appointment in the Schedule.
- In the Appointment Panel, click the blue Re-Send Email Invitation link.
Clients can also join their session directly through their My Account portal by going to Upcoming Appointments and clicking Begin next to their appointment.
