Jane's Telehealth (1:1) feature is included in all plans at no extra cost. Group Telehealth is a separate add-on because it required additional development to meet the same security and compliance standards as 1:1 Telehealth, while also supporting multiple participants in a single session.
Here's what the Group Telehealth add-on includes:
- Unlimited sessions per month with no time limits
- Sessions for up to 12 related clients (Telehealth (Couples & Families)) or up to 15 unrelated participants (Telehealth (Groups & Classes))
- HIPAA, PIPEDA, and GDPR compliant calls
- No long-term contract — the add-on can be enabled or disabled at any time
- No additional software or app required for clients to join
