What happens to my billing if I enable or disable Group Telehealth for a practitioner partway through the month?
Answer
- If you enable Group Telehealth partway through the month: your $15 monthly charge will be prorated based on the number of days remaining in the billing period.
- If you disable Group Telehealth partway through the month: you will be credited for the remainder of the month you already paid for.
