📣 Heads up: Before enabling Group Telehealth, check whether any customized language in your account includes an external link to a third-party video platform. If so, remove that language first to avoid clients receiving two video links.

Instructions

Once opted in, a practitioner can run Telehealth (Couples & Families) and Telehealth (Groups & Classes) appointments in Jane.

1. Go to Settings > Group Telehealth.
2. Find the practitioner you want to enable and click the toggle next to their name.
3. Review the confirmation modal. The modal displays the cost of the add-on and the total number of practitioners who will have Group Telehealth enabled.
4. Click Confirm.

What to Expect

The practitioner is now opted into Group Telehealth. The add-on cost updates to reflect the new total number of enabled practitioners.

The practitioner now has access to Telehealth (Couples & Families) and Telehealth (Groups & Classes) treatments.

Important Notes

• Group Telehealth is billed at $15 per practitioner per month.
• Enabling Group Telehealth for a practitioner unlocks both Telehealth (Couples & Families) and Telehealth (Groups & Classes).
• To disable Group Telehealth for a practitioner, repeat the steps above and click the toggle to turn it off, then click Confirm.
