Getting Started

Before you can create a Telehealth (Groups & Classes) treatment, the practitioner running the session must have Group Telehealth enabled on their account. See our guide on How to Enable Group Telehealth for a Practitioner to get that set up first.

Instructions

To create a Telehealth (Groups & Classes) treatment in Jane, you'll set up a treatment that is a class booking delivered online. Once created, this treatment can be scheduled like any other class.

  1. Go to Settings > Treatments, Classes & Group Appointments.
  2. Click New Treatment.
  3. Open the treatment type drop-down menu and select Class.
  4. Open the In-Person or Telehealth drop-down menu and select Telehealth.
  5. Open the Capacity drop-down menu and select the maximum number of participants.

  6. Fill in the remaining treatment details.
  7. Click Create Treatment.

What to Expect

The new treatment appears in your Treatments, Classes & Group Appointments list and can be scheduled right away.

Important Notes

  • Telehealth (Groups & Classes) treatments are for unrelated participants.
  • The 15-participant maximum applies to all Telehealth (Groups & Classes) appointments and cannot be increased.
  • Only one practitioner can join a Telehealth (Groups & Classes) session.
  • Only practitioners with Group Telehealth enabled can be assigned to this treatment type.
