Here’s some info on moving your data over from Vagaro to Jane.
Exporting your Patients from Vagaro
So coming from Vagaro, we’ll need you to upload your Customer List export with as much detail as possible.
In Vagaro, head to Reports > Customers > Advanced Filters > (select the employees you wish to run the report for) > Run Report. Export your report to Excel for importing into Jane.
There’s a support document on their website that goes through the step-by-step process on exporting your client demographics here: Exporting Client Demographics.
Exporting your Vagaro Appointments
Vagaro will also allow you to export your clients’ appointments to Excel:
- Head to Reports
- Click on Appointment Summary
- Click Date Range (set the date range for the appointments you want to import to Jane, past and future)
- Select the providers you wish to include in your report or All Selected
- Select the customers you wish to include or Select All to include all your customers
- Click Advanced Filters
- Click Run Report to export your report to Excel.
Vagaro has a support document on their website that will walk you through step by step: Exporting Appointments from Vagaro.
Vagaro Billing Data
We don’t import billing information as there are formatting issues between the two systems, but we can show you how to manually transition your patient credits and receivables into Jane.
Uploading into Jane
To ensure that your data is uploaded to the correct account, and for security reasons, we do not accept patient data via email. You can upload the files to us in the Settings > Schedule an Import area.
You can find an overview of this process here: Scheduling Your Import.
If you need any further help getting all set up to run with Jane, just let us know!
