Here’s what we know about moving over from Booker to Jane.

Exporting your Customers from Booker
So coming from Booker, we’ll need you to upload your Customer export with as much detail as possible.
The Customer List can be exported from the Customers Tab.
Here’s a help doc from Booker on how to export.
You will end up with an exported csv document with all of your Customers.
Exporting your Booker Appointments
And it’s not specific to appointments, but they also have a How To on exporting your reports into CSV. If you have a report for Appointments you should be able to export into CSV by following these instructions:
Don’t forget to export your future appointments as well as your past appointments.
Booker Billing Data
We don’t import billing information as there are formatting issues between the two systems.
Uploading into Jane
To ensure that your data is uploaded to the correct account, and for security reasons, we do not accept patient data via email. You can upload the files to us in the Settings > Schedule an Import area.
