Importing from ChiroFusion

Here’s what we know about moving over from ChiroFusion to Jane.

Exporting your Patients from ChiroFusion

So coming from ChiroFusion, we’ll need you to upload your Patient List export with as much detail as possible. We have seen this in Excel format which is perfect for importing to Jane.

While documentation on exporting your Patient List from ChiroFusion is unavailable online, there is some guidance on Running Reports in ChiroFusion which is where we typically see functionality to export as well.

Exporting your ChiroFusion Appointments

We’ve seen very few clinics import appointments to Jane. We recommend reaching out to ChiroFusion to inquire about how you might export your appointment data to Excel or CSV file. ChiroFusion’s Support team can be reached here.

Exporting Charts from ChiroFusion

It appears that batch exports to PDF are possible through ChiroFusion, however, it is difficult to discern whether this is clinic wide or on a patient by patient basis. We have seen a limited amount of clinics bring their medical records over to Jane from ChiroFusion so we would suggest reaching out to their Support Team for further assistance.

While documentation on exporting Medical Records from ChiroFusion is limited, you can learn more about batch exporting from ChiroFusion.

ChiroFusion Billing Data

We don’t import billing information as there are formatting issues between the two systems, but we can show you how to manually transition your patient credits and receivables into Jane.

Uploading into Jane

To ensure that your data is uploaded to the correct account, and for security reasons, we do not accept patient data via email. You can upload the files to us in the Settings > Schedule an Import area.
