Here’s what we know about moving over from Orchestra One to Jane.

Exporting your Patients from Orchestra One
So coming from Orchestra One, we’ll need you to upload your Patient Lists export with as much detail as possible.
It looks like the best way to export your Patient list is through your payments report.

Exporting your Orchestra One Appointments
You can export your appointments from the Reports area of Orchestra One.

Be sure to export all of your past and future appointments!
Exporting Charts from Orchestra One
Orchestra One doesn’t appear to have a function to print or export notes. If you have clinical notes in Orchestra One that need to be transferred let us know and we would be happy to work with you and Orchestra One to see if there are other export options might be possible.
Orchestra One Billing Data
We don’t import billing information as there are formatting issues between the two systems. Jane has all ICD9 and ICD10 codes already populated but if you have custom codes they will need to be moved over manually.
Uploading into Jane
To ensure that your data is uploaded to the correct account, and for security reasons, we do not accept patient data via email. You can upload the files to us in the Settings > Schedule an Import area.
