Facebook and Twitter/X are being phased out as sign-in options for Jane. If you’ve been exclusively using one of those sign-in methods, you’ll want to set up a password for your profile.
Step 1: Go to your My Account area.
For staff profiles, you can click your name in the upper-right corner of Jane and select My Account from the drop-down menu.
For patients or clients, you can click My Account in the upper-right corner of your screen once you’ve logged into your account.
Step 2: Select your Username/Password tab and click the blue Create username & password button.
Step 3: Enter the verification code you’ve been emailed.
Jane tip: Check your spam folder if you don’t receive your code.
Step 4: Create your username and password

Once you’ve chosen your username and password, click the blue Continue button, and you’re all finished. You can come back to your Username/Password tab if you ever want to change your login info.
